循证医学在血透室感染控制流程建立中的应用研究

目的探讨循证医学应用于血透室感染控制流程的建立。方法通过对有关医院感染相关资料的调查采集,通过医学文献检索数据库(MEDLINE)、中文医学文献数据库等相关的循证医学网站检索相关文献、综合评价、与具体情况结合,建立血透室感染控制流程,临床应用。结果与采用循证方法流程管理前相比医院感染率下降了2.93%;环境卫生学监测结果相比P<0.01;医护人员洗手依从性监测指标P<0.01。结论应用循证医学的方法,建立医院血透室感染控制流程,使血透室感染控制工作具有可操作性和实用性,更加科学化,规范化。 Objective To explore the application of evidence-based medicine in the control of hemodialysis infection. Methods Through the investigation and collection of relevant information about nosocomial infection, the relevant literature, comprehensive evaluation and combination with specific conditions were searched through the relevant evidence-based medicine websites, such as MEDLINE, Chinese Medical Literature Database, etc. to establish the control of hemodialysis infection Process, clinical application. Results The hospital infection rate decreased by 2.93% compared with that before the EBM procedure was administered; the results of environmental hygiene monitoring were compared with those of P <0.01; the indicators of hand hygiene compliance were P <0.01. Conclusion Applying the method of evidence-based medicine, we established the control procedure of hemodialysis infection in hospital and made it feasible and practicable to control infection in hemodialysis room, which was more scientific and standardized.
