对1Cr16Ni4Mo2Cu2W1VN钢进行了不同固溶处理,并对其组织及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,相同固溶温度,二次固溶条件下试验钢的力学性能较一次固溶下的力学性能差,随着固溶温度的升高,两种固溶条件下试验钢相应的力学性能差值减小。二次固溶条件改变了M_(23)C_6的分布,使M_(23)C_6在原奥氏体晶界处连续分布,造成沿晶断裂。
Different solution treatment of 1Cr16Ni4Mo2Cu2W1VN steel was carried out, and its microstructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of the test steel under the condition of the same solution temperature and the secondary solution treatment are worse than that of the solution solution at the same time. With the increase of solution temperature, the mechanical properties The difference decreases. The secondary solid solution conditions changed the distribution of M 23 C 6, making the continuous distribution of M 23 C 6 at the original austenite grain boundaries, resulting in the intergranular fracture.
