焦性没食子酸是一种用途广泛的化工原料和试剂,多以化学法由没食子酸脱羧制备。文章针对该方法导致的严重环境污染和设备腐蚀等问题,从微生物转化的角度,重点综述降解没食子酸生产焦性没食子酸的微生物菌株及其相关工艺研究,如碳源、底物浓度、p H、发酵时间对焦性没食子酸得率的影响。同时也介绍了影响没食子酸脱羧酶(GAD)活性和产量的相关因素,如p H、温度、金属离子、添加剂等。然后,文章简要概括了利用微生物处理没食子单宁加工生产过程中的废水等问题。最后,文章通过展望了今后焦性没食子酸的生产制备工艺,作出了思考,为微生物转化法生产焦性没食子酸的工业化生产提供指导和参考。
Coke gallic acid is a widely used chemical raw materials and reagents, mostly by chemical decarboxylation of gallic acid prepared. This article focuses on the serious environmental pollution and equipment corrosion caused by this method. From the perspective of microbial transformation, the microbial strains producing pyrogallic acid degrading gallic acid and their related processes are reviewed, such as carbon source, substrate concentration, p H , Fermentation time focusing on the impact of gallic acid yield. Relevant factors affecting the activity and yield of gallic acid decarboxylase (GAD), such as p H, temperature, metal ions, additives, etc., are also introduced. Then, the article briefly summarizes the use of microbial treatment of gallnut tannin processing wastewater in the production process and other issues. In the end, the article made a thinking of the future production process of pyrogallic acid and provided guidance and reference for the industrial production of pyrogallol by microbial conversion.
