为深入研究氧化锌矿元素硫水热硫化机理,本文以锌的重要硅酸盐类矿物-异极矿为研究对象,元素硫为硫化剂开展了纯异极矿水热硫化及矿相转变规律研究.在水热体系中合成的异极矿经XRD检测结果表明,合成矿物的纯度高,结晶度好.增大搅拌转速、提高转化温度、增加硫磺用量、缩小颗粒粒度均可显著提高异极矿的硫化转化率.在160℃下异极矿经水热硫化转化90min后有硫化锌生成,其XRD衍射峰随温度的升高而加强.在220℃下转化240 min后异极矿水热硫化过程已基本完成.
In order to further study the hydrothermal vulcanization mechanism of elemental sulfur in zinc oxide ore, this paper takes the important silicate mineral-hemimorphic ore as the research object, and the elemental sulfur as the vulcanizing agent has carried out the pure isothermal mineral hydrothermal vulcanization and the transformation law of the mineral phase The XRD results of the hemimorphic minerals synthesized in the hydrothermal system show that the synthesized minerals have high purity and good crystallinity.Improving the agitation speed, increasing the conversion temperature, increasing the amount of sulfur and reducing the particle size can increase the isopotential Sulfide conversion rate of the ore.With the temperature of 160 ℃, the hemimorphic ore was hydrothermally converted to zinc sulfide for 90min, the XRD diffraction peak of the hemimorphite was enhanced with the increase of temperature.At 240min after transformation at 220 ℃, Vulcanization process has been basically completed.
