2009年,重庆楼市在系列政策刺激下快速复苏,价量齐升,土地市场前冷后热。2010年重庆商品房市场继续增长,企业资金回笼加速,投资信心增强,市场新增供给不断提高。但中央遏制高房价,抑制投资性购房,加大对二套房的调控力度,将影响到部分改善性需求释放,预计今年成交将在高位上小幅回落。
