薄片零件在热处理后产生翘曲,例如机床中的摩擦片,两个平面平直度要求较高。工件在电磁吸盘的磁力下虽被吸平,磨后卸下工件又翘起来。为此我们曾采用618双酚A环氧树脂粘合剂,将摩擦片在自由状态下粘到一块平板上,然后放到电磁吸盘上加工的方法,取得了好的效果。由于环氧树脂在未硬化前有流动性,它可以充填工件与平板间的空隙,经硬化后便可把工件和平板连成一体。
Flake parts produce warpage after heat treatment, such as friction plates in machine tools, requiring higher flatness on both sides. Workpiece in the magnetic sucker suction under the magnetic level, after grinding and unloading the workpiece tilt up. To this end we have used 618 bisphenol A epoxy adhesive, the friction plate in a free state glued to a flat plate, and then put on the magnetic chuck processing method, and achieved good results. Because epoxy resin is not fluid before hardening, it can fill the gap between the workpiece and the plate, the workpiece can be hardened and connected to the flat plate.
