When junior high school geography talks about the customs of Tibet, it is the way to introduce it (see junior high school geography booklet P80). It is a staple food for Tibetans. It is fried with green oysters and peas roasted into fried noodles and served with buttered tea when consumed. Or simmered with glutinous rice wine and put it into a small group in the entrance. It is clear that oyster is a kind of fried noodles. The method of production is frying. Some people may ask why they do not make noodles, steamed buns, buns, and the mainland. Why do people like to eat dumplings? Why do you only use cooking instead of cooking? This is not simply a matter of traditional habit. From a geographic point of view, Tibet is known as the world at high altitude.
