采用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法，以Ｎｏｖａ－ＰａｋＣ１８为固定相，甲醇－水－冰醋酸（７０∶３０∶０．３）为流动相，在２５０ｎｍ波长处，同时测定氯芬待因片中双氯芬酸和磷酸可待因的含量。两组分的平均回收率分别为９９．８７％±０．５７％和１００．８％±０．６５％。
