舞蹈教学者不仅要从外部(形体、神态、动作)唤醒成长者,而且要唤醒与解放成长者的内在力量(意识、灵感、想象、联想等),这才是全面的艺术教育的真谛所在。艺术教育所指的“完整性”应包含在对学生的教学中,要对制约课程的各种因素进行全方位全过程的立体整合分析。因此,在舞蹈艺术教育中,教师应以舞蹈为中心,同时融会各门艺术学科,并且逐步将艺术及其他学科之间也联系起来发挥效用,从而获得事半功倍的效果。
Dance teachers not only need to awaken the human beings from the outside (form, demeanor and movement), but also awaken and liberate the inner power of the elders (consciousness, inspiration, imagination, association, etc.). This is the essence of comprehensive art education. The “integrity” of artistic education should be included in the teaching of students, and the three-dimensional integration and analysis of all factors that restrict the curriculum should be conducted in the whole process. Therefore, in the education of dance arts, teachers should take dance as the center, integrate all kinds of art subjects at the same time, and gradually bring the arts and other disciplines into connection with each other so as to obtain more effective results.
