目的分析南宁市2009-2011年学校甲型H1N1流感疫情处置效果,为提高学校暴发疫情的应急处置能力提供依据。方法抽取南宁市2009-2011年100起发生在各级各类学校的甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情资料进行分析,内容包括学校的基本情况、疫情接报时间、疫情基本情况和处理情况等。结果多因素Ordinal过程回归分析发现,学校设置校医、疾病防控部门在疫情发生4 d之内接到报告、集中隔离病人和居家隔离病人可以减少疫情的罹患率。学校疫情的控制效果与是否停课和应急性预防用药无关。结论教育部门应该注重校医的配备,以提高疫情报告的敏感性和及时性,从而提升疫情的处置效果,切实保障学生的身体健康。同时,在学校流感暴发疫情中,慎用停课和应急性预防用药的措施。
Objective To analyze the treatment effect of influenza A (H1N1) in schools from 2009 to 2011 in Nanning City, and provide the basis for improving the emergency response capacity of outbreaks in schools. Methods The data of 100 outbreaks of influenza A (H1N1) outbreaks in various schools in Nanning from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed, including the basic situation of the school, the time of receiving the outbreak, the basic situation of the outbreak and the handling situation. Results The multivariate Ordinal process regression analysis found that schools set up schools, disease prevention and control departments within 4 days after the onset of the report received a report, the concentration of isolated patients and home isolation patients can reduce the incidence of the epidemic. The control effect of the school epidemic has nothing to do with the suspension of classes and emergency preventive medication. Conclusion The education department should pay attention to the allocation of school doctors so as to enhance the sensitivity and timeliness of the epidemic report so as to enhance the disposition effect of the outbreak and effectively protect the health of students. In the meantime, in schools outbreaks of flu outbreak, with caution and emergency preventive medication.
