目的 :探讨激光胃内局部照射对消化性溃疡治疗、幽门螺杆菌 (HP)根除及防止溃疡复发的影响 ;方法 :在常规抗溃疡药物治疗同时 ,经胃镜插入光导纤维 ,以Nd-YAG泵浦激光行溃疡局部及胃窦照射 ,治疗后定期观察疗效 ,HP根除及消化性溃疡(PU)复发情况 ;结果 :治疗组与对照组的PU愈合率分别为 1 0 0 %和 87 1 8% ,HP根除率分别为 93 1 0 %和 71 79% ,而二组PU3年内总复发率分别为 3 85 %和 2 3 81 % ,均有显著性差异 ;结论 :激光局部照射治疗对于PU的愈合、HP的根除具有明显促进作用 ,并有助于降低PU复发率 ,提高溃汤愈合质量 (QUH)。
Objective: To investigate the effect of laser intragastric local irradiation on the treatment of peptic ulcer, the eradication of Helicobacter pylori (HP) and the prevention of the recurrence of ulcer. Methods: In the conventional anti-ulcer drug treatment, optical fibers were inserted through gastroscope and Nd-YAG Laser ulceration of the local and gastric antrum irradiation, regular observation after treatment efficacy, HP eradication and peptic ulcer (PU) recurrence; Results: The treatment group and control group PU healing rates were 100% and 87 1 8%, respectively, HP eradication rates were 93 1 0% and 71 79%, respectively, while the two groups of PU3 annualized recall rates were 3 85% and 2 3 81%, were significantly different; Conclusion: laser local irradiation for the healing of PU, HP eradication has a significant role in promoting, and help to reduce the PU recurrence rate, improve ulcer healing quality (QUH).
