目的 通过比较鼻中隔缝合技术与传统术后鼻腔填塞在鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性鼻窦炎手术中的应用, 证明鼻中隔缝合技术的临床优势.方法 选择南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院2015年3月至2016年3月鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性鼻窦炎84例患者, 随机分为对照组42例, 实验组42例, 实验组术中行鼻中隔缝合术, 对照组常规鼻腔填塞.结果 发现患者在术后不适、并发症及平均住院日方面, 较对照组有明显优势 (P＜0.05), 差异有统计学意义.结论 鼻中隔缝合技术在鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性鼻窦炎手术中有较大应用价值, 值得推广.“,”Objective Through comparison of nasal septum suture technique and postoperative Nasal packing in the traditional application of nasal septum deviation with chronic sinusitis, prove the clinical advantages of suture of the nasal septum. Methods From 2015 to 2016 nasal septum deviation with chronic sinusitis in 84 patients were randomly divided into control group of 42 cases, group 42 cases of postoperative suture of the nasal septum in the experimental group, control group of Nasal packing. Results Postoperative discomfort of patients with complications and the average length of stay, have obvious advantages compared with the control group (P＜ 0. 05), there was a statistically significant difference. Conclusion Nasal septum suture technique in surgical treatment of nasal septum deviation with chronic sinusitis have a greater value and worth promoting.
