面对我国市场经济的快速发展和社会的巨大变革,国有企业职工价值观念多元化,利益分配多样化,各种矛盾复杂化,这些新情况赋予企业思想政治工作的新任务和新挑战。但由于历史和现实原因,国企思想政治工作队伍建设跟不上新形势发展变化,出现“萎缩”“、不作为”现象,逐渐暴露出。文章简析了新时期企业政工队伍应具备哪些综合素质,提出加强政工队伍建设的对策.
Faced with the rapid development of the market economy in our country and the tremendous social changes, the values and diversification of workers in the state-owned enterprises, the diversification of interests and the complication of various contradictions have given the new tasks and new challenges to the ideological and political work of enterprises. However, due to historical and practical reasons, the ideological and political workforce in state-owned enterprises failed to keep pace with the development and changes in the new situation and gradually emerged as a phenomenon of “shrinking” and “inaction.” The article analyzes the overall quality of the corporate political workforce in the new era, and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of political workforce.
