“学生难教,老师难当”。首先,体现在现在的家庭大多数都是独生子女,特别是农村学校留守儿童多,在不健全的家庭教育下,教育面临着巨大的挑战。其次,教师对学生的管理方法有限,开导、谈心、讲道理、摆事实、举例子、舆论约束、道德约束等这些传统的教育手段很难管用。其三,如何提高学生的学习成绩一直困扰着教师,各种评价体系之间不相一致,一边高喊素质教育,一边是升学率、优秀率、考试成绩为主的狭窄尺度。各种考核、评优、职称、奖金等都与此挂钩。其四,教师教学能力的相对滞后,网络时代的到来,社会的巨大进步,教职面对知识爆炸时代而感到底气不足,难免会遇到力不从心的现象,针对以上情况,找出应对策略的方法。
