本文探索了在信息技术环境下高中教师校本研修的有效途径与方法。主要凭借校本培训示范学校平台,充分开展校本研修活动;开发校本课程,促进了学校校本研修的开展;借助网站平台,促进校本研修的开展;充分利用学校现有设备,开展校本研修活动。通过开展信息技术相关课题研究的校本研修活动,促进教师专业成长;借建设“工作室”之东风,促进校本研修活动的深入开展。 This article explores the effective ways and methods of school-based teacher training in high school under the environment of information technology. Mainly rely on the school-based training demonstration school platform to fully carry out school-based training activities; develop school-based curriculum to promote school-based training; with the help of website platform to promote school-based training; make full use of existing school equipment, school-based training activities. Promote professional development of teachers through school-based training activities on research related to information technology; promote the further development of school-based training programs by building “Dongfeng” of “studios”.
