上海在国际分工中的位置一直处于上升状态。但是,推动其位置上升的主要因素是产业的国际市场份额增加。上海产业创业模式主要是市场寻求型,而发达国家更多的是创新技术驱动型,寻求创新和差异化优势。通过增加世界市场份额的方式来参与国际竞争的产业面临着资源价格上升、产品市场价格下降、国际贸易摩擦增多等困境,如何从量的扩张走向质的提高是上海进一步提升在全球价值链中地位必须研究的问题。
Shanghai’s position in the international division of labor has been on the rise. However, the main factor driving up its position is the increase in the international market share of the industry. Shanghai industrial entrepreneurial model is mainly market-seeking type, while the developed countries are more innovative and technology-driven, seeking innovation and differentiation advantages. The industries that participate in international competition by way of increasing their market share in the world are facing the dilemma of increasing resource prices, falling market prices of products and increasing international trade friction. How to further improve their quality in the global value chain? Must study the problem.
