提高注入水质量,改变中低渗透层的吸水剖面以达到增加产油量的目的。文中介绍了JKLQ-25型注水井井口精细过滤器工作原理。经29座计量站的119台92口井测试统计,应用该装置,注入水平均机械杂质去除率60.2%,含油去除率65.32%;平均日注由69.2%上升到92.8%.年累计增注8.452万m3,创产值520万元,投入产出比为1:5.47。对注水水质有更高要求的低渗透层,采用注水井井口精细过滤技术不失为一种积极有效的技术措施。
Improve the quality of infused water, and change the water absorption profile of middle and low permeable layers in order to increase the oil yield. The paper introduces the working principle of JKLQ-25 wellhead fine filter. Through the test of 119 sets of 92 wells in 29 metering stations, the device can remove 60.2% of the mechanical impurities and 65.32% of the oil in the injected water, and increase the average daily injection rate from 69.2% to 92. 8%. Annual cumulative increase of 84.52 million m3, a production value of 5.2 million yuan, input-output ratio of 1: 5.47. For the low permeable layer with higher water quality requirements, it is a positive and effective technical measure to adopt the fine filtration technology of injection wellhead.
