目的:比较膜分离法和醇沉法对清消口服液的纯化效果。方法:采用HPLC测定黄芩苷含量,流动相甲醇(A)-0.05%磷酸水(B)梯度洗脱(0~10 min,30%A;10~30 min,30%~50%A;30~45 min,50%~80%A),检测波长280 nm,考察膜分离样品及醇沉样品中出膏量、黄芩苷含量及保留量的差异。结果:膜分离样品和醇沉样品中黄芩苷保留率分别为92.01%,72.79%,出膏量分别为4.14,2.48 g。结论:膜分离法对有效组分黄芩苷的保留率较醇沉法高,但后者在除杂方面较前者好,样品外观在观察期内无明显差异。
Objective: To compare the purification effect of Qingxiao Oral Liquid by membrane separation and alcohol precipitation. Methods: The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid (B) (0-10 min, 30% A, 10-30 min, 30-50% 45 min, 50% -80% A). The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The difference of the amount of baicalin and the content of baicalin in the membrane separation samples and alcohol precipitation samples was investigated. Results: The retention rates of baicalin in membrane-separated samples and alcohol-sediment samples were 92.01% and 72.79%, respectively. The amounts of ointment were 4.14 and 2.48 g, respectively. CONCLUSION: The retention rate of baicalin in membrane separation method is higher than alcohol precipitation method, but the latter is better than the former in impurity removal. The appearance of sample has no significant difference in the observation period.
