通过对辽河油田在蒸汽吞吐井中利用大通径大跨度调层开采管柱技术实现调层开采实例的介绍,展示了该工艺技术在稠油井调层开采方面的突出作用。同时也展示了该技术在稠油井生产管理上节能降耗方面的巨大潜力。稠油井经过多轮蒸汽吞吐开采后,已动用油层含油饱和度大大降低,含水上升,油汽比下降,当降至经济极限以下时,应对原井段封堵调层。
Through the introduction of the example of layer adjustment mining using large-diameter long-span stratified mining column technology in the steam huff and puff in Liaohe Oilfield, the outstanding effect of this technology on the adjustment of heavy oil wells is demonstrated. It also shows the tremendous potential of this technology for energy savings in heavy oil well production management. After multiple rounds of steam huff and puff in thick oil wells, the oil saturation of the already used oil reservoirs has been greatly reduced, and the water cut increases and the oil-vapor ratio decreases. When the economic well below the economic limit is reached, the original wells should be sealed and reconstructed.
