以聚碳酸酯(PC)为主要研究对象,通过试验手段以及图像处理的分析方法,对这类非晶态高聚物的裂尖应力场进行了观察和分析,并建立了PC材质的银纹损伤区分析模型。研究结果表明:PC等非晶态高聚物在拉伸变形过程中需同时考虑材料的黏弹性和屈服性等作用;相对最大应力出现在裂尖区根部x轴方向,角度为0°;在实际应用中,PC材料在裂尖银纹区的黏弹性会使银纹进一步扩展,应力分布随时间变化而异,从而使银纹进一步生长直至断裂。
Taking polycarbonate (PC) as the main research object, the crack tip stress field of such amorphous polymers was observed and analyzed by means of experiment and image analysis, and the PC texture silver pattern Damage zone analysis model. The results show that the non-crystalline polymer such as PC needs to consider the viscoelasticity and yielding of the material in the course of tensile deformation. The relative maximum stress appears in the x-axis of the root of the crack tip with an angle of 0 °. In practice, the viscoelasticity of the PC material in the crack tip silver zone further expands the silver grain, and the stress distribution varies with time so that the silver grain grows further until it breaks.
