笔者采用Stata12.1统计软件对样本数据进行实证分析,从高层管理团队人口统计学平均特征对企业绩效的影响研究中发现:高层管理团队平均年龄越大,企业的短期绩效和长期绩效越差;高层管理团队的平均受教育水平对企业短期绩效的影响并不明显,而与企业的长期绩效呈显著的正相关关系;团队成员的任期异质性与职能背景异质性均与企业短期绩效呈显著的负相关关系,而与长期绩效不相关,但已转变为正向影响。这说明,在短期社会类化过程起着主要作用,但随着时间的推移,信息决策理论解释力加强。
The author uses Stata12.1 statistical software to make an empirical analysis of the sample data. From the study of the influence of the average demographic characteristics of top management team on business performance, we find that the average age of senior management team is larger, the short-term performance and long-term performance of enterprises are worse; The average level of education of the top management team has no obvious effect on the short-term performance of the enterprise, but has a significant positive correlation with the long-term performance of the enterprise.
