新疆油田公司采油一厂百重七供汽联合站四号供热站,位于新疆维吾尔自治区克拉玛依市百口泉百重七井区,是集油田注汽和水处理为一体的综合型站区,供汽能力36.5万吨/年。四号供热站立足现场实际,结合行业特点,提出“以特色安全文化为引领,创建示范站队”为目标,以“四重”为抓手,通过规范化、创新化、自主化、人本化的安全管理,培育出班组浓厚的安全文化氛围,形成“我操作、我分析、我讲话、我安全”的班组安全理念,实现了“要我安全”到“我要安全”的自觉转变。
