中高职物流管理专业学校因各自人才培养规格不同具有一定的层次性与差异性,本文以江苏城市职业学院物流管理专业叉车基地建设为例,利用行业协会的平台整合中职学校以及相关企业的优势资源,对叉车基地的虚实结合实训体系、项目开发、课题研究、技能实训、技能鉴定、技能大赛、师资队伍建设与社会服务等工作进行了有益的实践与探索,并在运行机制与管理方式上为今后中高职物流管理专业的衔接总结了经验。
