日前,住建部召开部分地区建筑安全生产工作汇报会,通报了2015年以来全国房屋市政工程生产安全事故情况。住建部副部长在会上指出,2015年以来全国房屋市政工程生产安全较大事故起数及死亡人数比2014年同期均有所增加,建筑安全生产形势很不乐观。从发生的事故分析,安全生产责任不落实是共性问题。对于下一步建筑安全生产监管工作,住建部提出以下3点要求。
Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held a report on construction safety work in some areas and informed the production safety accidents of municipal housing projects since 2015. Deputy Minister of Housing and Urban-minded pointed out at the meeting that since the beginning of 2015, the number of fatal accidents and the number of fatalities in the large-scale construction projects in municipal administrations in China have all risen compared with the same period of 2014, and the construction safety situation is not optimistic. From the accident analysis, safety responsibility is not implemented is a common problem. For the next step of construction safety supervision, the Ministry of Housing proposed the following three requirements.
