This paper presents a Flash-based TMS32 0VC5 4 0 2 parallel boot design and implementation. Taking SST39VF40A as an example, the main features and programming methods of flash memory are introduced, and a hardware platform design for controlling flash memory using TMS32 0VC5 4 0 2 is discussed. Finally, the principle and method of TMS32 0VC5 4 0 2 16 bit parallel boot are described in detail
