语文课堂评价是与教学过程同等重要。精妙的课堂评价如疾风骤雨,能掀起阵阵波澜,使课堂生机勃勃,学生思维活跃。但是,在实际教学过程中,很多教师尤其是年轻教师不重视课堂评价,或者是重视了,但是不知道课堂评价的作用是什么,他们的课堂师生对话严重缺失,教学效果大打折扣。本文从导向作用、激励作用和管理作用三个方面来论述课堂评价的作用。 Language class evaluation is as important as the teaching process. Exquisite class assessment such as a flashy, can set off waves, make the classroom full of vitality, student thinking active. However, in the actual teaching process, many teachers, especially young teachers, do not attach importance to classroom evaluation or attach great importance to it. However, they do not know what the role of classroom evaluation is. They have a serious lack of dialogues between teachers and students and greatly reduced their teaching effectiveness. This article discusses the role of classroom evaluation from three aspects: guiding role, motivation effect and management role.
