目的:考察注射用硫酸头孢匹罗与5种输液配伍的稳定性,为临床合理使用硫酸头孢匹罗提供科学依据。方法:在25℃将硫酸头孢匹罗分别与0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、复方氯化钠注射液、木糖醇注射液配伍,在24h内观察配伍液的外观,测定pH值,用高效液相色谱法测定硫酸头孢匹罗的含量。结果:硫酸头孢匹罗与5种输液配伍24h内含量>90%,pH值、溶液外观无明显变化。结论:硫酸头孢匹罗与5种输液在25℃、24h内配伍稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the stability of cefpimpirosulphate in combination with five kinds of infusions and to provide a scientific basis for the rational use of cefpirome sulfate in clinical practice. Methods: Cefpirome sulfate was mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection, compound sodium chloride injection and xylitol injection respectively at 25 ℃. The appearance of the compatibility liquid was observed, the pH value was measured, and the content of cefpirome sulfate was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The contents of cefpirome sulfate and 5 kinds of transfusion 24h were> 90%, pH value, the appearance of the solution had no significant change. Conclusion: Cefpirome sulfate and five kinds of infusion at 25 ℃, 24h compatibility stability.
