目的 了解本地区女性生殖道NG、CT及UU的感染情况及随季节变化的特点。方法 采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应技术对三种病原体基因进行定量测定。结果 ①总的病原体检出率为2 8.87% ,其中NG、CT和UU的检出率分别为7.5 0 %、10 .6 2 %和4 8.84 %。②不同季节各病原体感染率不尽相同,各有差异,以UU差异为最大(P <0 .0 5 )。③2 0 0 1年UU的感染率显著高于2 0 0 0年(P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 女性生殖道感染有上升的趋势,尤以UU升高最为显著。并且UU感染率与季节相关,是妇女生殖道感染的重要病原体。
Objective To understand the prevalence of NG, CT and UU in female genital tract in this area and the characteristics of the changes with the seasons. Methods Quantitative determination of the three pathogens using fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Results ① The detection rate of total pathogens was 2 8.87%. The detection rates of NG, CT and UU were 7.5 0%, 10.62% and 4 8.84% respectively. ② The infection rates of different pathogens in different seasons were different, each with difference, with the largest difference of UU (P <0.05). ③ The infection rate of UU in 2001 was significantly higher than that in 2000 (P <0.01). Conclusion Female genital tract infections are on the rise, especially in UU. And UU infection rate is related to the season and is an important pathogen of reproductive tract infection in women.
