耳廓前上部无痛性含黄色浆液性肿块,原因不明,命名繁多,治疗无特效。我科1979～1987年手术治疗120例,取得了较好疗效。现介绍如下。一、临床资料 120例中,另113例,女7例。年龄以20~50岁为多,共92例;左、有侧区别不大,无一例双侧;多发生于耳廓凹陷处;46例有多种其他治疗史。
Ear before the upper part of the painless yellowish serous mass, for unknown reasons, many names, no special effects. Surgery in our department from 1979 to 1987, 120 cases, and achieved good results. Now introduced as follows. First, the clinical data 120 cases, the other 113 cases, 7 females. Aged at 20 to 50 years old, a total of 92 cases; left, there is little difference between the side, no case of bilateral; occurred in the auricle depression; 46 cases of a variety of other treatment history.
