为探讨潮气量(V_T)、呼气末正压(PEEP)水平,在急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)机械通气患者救治及预防并发症中的地位,回顾分析1993年11月～1997年5月间我院收治的12例ARDS患者机械通气情况,具体分析可允许性高碳酸血症(PHC)及适度PEEP在ARDS机械通气中的应用价值。
To investigate the relationship between the levels of tidal volume (V_T) and positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) in the treatment and prevention of complications in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) patients with mechanical ventilation, the retrospective analysis was conducted from November 1993 to May 1997 In our hospital admitted to 12 cases of ARDS patients with mechanical ventilation, specific analysis of permissible hypercapnia (PHC) and moderate PEEP in ARDS mechanical ventilation value.
