随着我国高等教育事业的变化,高职高专教育面临着前所未有的挑战。各院校采取多种改革措施来增强自身的竞争力。值得重视的是,在各项改革措施中都存在的一个微观点,就是如何提高学生学习的自觉性,以对教育界提高人才质量起到釜底抽薪的作用。本文正是结合本人教学过程中的一些经验,对我校商务日语专业学生的状况进行简单分析,阐述如何促进其产生良好的学习动机、掌握扎实的专业知识。在竞争如此激烈的环境中,如何成为适应社会发展需要的中高级应用型人才。 With the change of our higher education, higher vocational education is facing unprecedented challenges. Colleges and universities take a variety of reform measures to enhance their own competitiveness. It is worth noting that one of the micro-points that exist in all the reform measures is how to raise the awareness of students’ learning so that they can play a decisive role in raising the quality of talented people in education. Based on some experiences in my teaching process, this article gives a brief analysis of the status of business Japanese major students in our university, and expounds how to promote good motivation to learn and acquire solid professional knowledge. In a highly competitive environment, how to become a middle-high-level application-oriented talents who adapt to the needs of social development.
