近几年,在IT行业发展进程中,员工招聘作为人力资源的基础性环节,表现出明显的粗放化。本研究以G公司为研究对象,初步探究IT行业在员工招聘层面存在的招聘规划、招聘程序、招聘质量及招聘效率等方面所存在的问题,并通过PDCA模型对员工招聘的流程进行优化。
In recent years, in the process of IT industry development, employee recruitment has shown obvious extensiveness as the basic link of human resources. This research takes G Company as the research object, initially explores the existing problems of recruitment planning, recruitment procedure, recruitment quality and recruitment efficiency in the staff recruitment level of IT industry, and optimizes the staff recruitment process through PDCA model.
