1998年1月19日,陕西省地(市)科技信息工作会议在西安召开。省科委主任孙海鹰同志、副主任唐俊昌同志到会并作了重要讲话。全省地(市)科委主任、办公室主任、信息所所长参加了会议,会议传达了国家科委信息工作会和国家科委、陕西省政府办公厅召开的全国地方科委、全省政府系统秘书长、办公室主任工作会议精神;讨论了筹建Chi-naInfo(中国信息)陕西分中心的具体步骤;各地(市)就网络建设交流了经验,提出了建议,现将研究决定事项纪要如下:
