本文对河南省3座具有代表意义的中等城市——新乡市、许昌市、驻马店市中的12位教师进行课堂观察。通过对他们的教学设计、教学过程、教师素质、教学效果等四个指标展开调查,深入分析了河南省中等城市小学英语教师课堂教学能力的现状和存在的问题,并根据实际情况,就如何提高课堂教学能力提出建议。
In this paper, three representative secondary cities in Henan Province - Xinxiang City, Xuchang City, Zhumadian City 12 teachers for classroom observation. By investigating four indicators of their teaching design, teaching process, teachers’ qualities and teaching effects, the status quo and existing problems of classroom teaching ability of primary school English teachers in medium-sized cities in Henan Province are analyzed in depth. Based on the actual situation, Classroom teaching ability to make recommendations.
