本刊拟从本期起,连续刊登辽宁省卫生厅会同沈阳市卫生局、辽宁省委宣传部体卫处联合组成的调查组就沈阳市城市居民看病难、住院难等问题所作的几个调查报告。我们所以拿出较大的篇幅向读者推荐这几篇报告,是因为这几篇报告在一定程度上反映了我国城市居民疾病和健康的状况,反映了他们对医疗保健工作的要求和我们满足这种要求的困难和差距,同时也在不少方面向我们提示了当前医疗卫生工作改革应该采取的措施和步骤。对现状的透彻了解是解决任何问题的起点。我们期待着有更多的占有丰富的第一手资料,同时又有认真分析研究的调查报告。
