本文认为评价团队最重要的指标是团队效能,而在影响团队效能的诸多因素中,团队内部信任是决定性的因素。文章论证了团队内部信任的内涵、重要性;分析了影响团队内部信任的因素,应该从多学科的角度来看待。文中从信任者和被信任者的特征、团队的特征三个大方面对影响团队效能的因素进行了阐释,为团队组建、选拔团队成员以及建设高水平的信任提供了依据。
This paper argues that the most important indicator of team evaluation is team effectiveness, and among the many factors that affect team effectiveness, team internal trust is the decisive factor. The article demonstrates the connotation and importance of trust within the team; analyzes the factors that affect the internal trust of the team and should be viewed from a multidisciplinary perspective. In this paper, the factors influencing the effectiveness of the team are illustrated from the aspects of the characteristics of the trustor and the trusted person and the characteristics of the team, which provides the basis for team formation, selection of team members and construction of a high level of trust.
