伴随着人类活动的加剧,我国华北地区尤其是华北平原区产汇流条件发生了深刻变化,传统的评价理论和方法已很难适用于人类活动影响下的水资源评价,目前迫切需要研究和探索在人类大规模活动影响下平原区水资源统一评价的理论与方法。为此,本文在系统分析平原区“四水”转化机理和地下水补、径、排规律的基础上,研究和提出一种基于“四水”转化水文模型和地下水数学模拟模型的二元耦合模型,并结合安阳市水资源评价实例,较好地解决了大埋深条件下平原区水资源统一评价问题,为华北地区乃至全国开展第二次水资源评价工作进行了有益的尝试,并积累了一些宝贵的经验。
Along with the intensification of human activities, profound changes have taken place in the conditions of bus flow in North China, especially in the North China Plain.
