目的对从野生甘草中选育出的新品种甘草(乌新Ⅰ号)进行种质评价。方法观察了其发芽率、可溶性蛋白量和过氧化物酶活性,并与对照组进行了基因组多态性比较。结果乌新Ⅰ号可溶性蛋白量产生了变化,过氧化物酶活性显示乌新Ⅰ号具有较高活性。通过分子标记简单序列重复技术(ISSR)进行多态性分析,在所使用的22条随机引物中,6条随机引物产生了不同DNA条带,表明乌新Ⅰ号甘草与对照组相比产生了基因多态性变化。结论这些变化表明乌新Ⅰ号是一个具有前景的品种并且能在将来广泛应用。
Objective To evaluate the germplasm of a new variety of licorice (Wuxin Ⅰ) bred from wild licorice. Methods The germination rate, soluble protein content and peroxidase activity were observed and compared with the control group. Results The amount of soluble protein in Wuxin Ⅰ had a change, and the activity of peroxidase showed that Wuxin Ⅰ had higher activity. Polymorphism analysis was performed by molecular marker simple sequence repeats (ISSR). Of the 22 random primers used, 6 random primers generated different DNA bands, indicating that Wu Xin Ⅰ licorice produced Gene polymorphism changes. Conclusion These changes indicate that Wuxin I is a promising variety and can be widely used in the future.
