西安五金制造厂,是在1956年由19家中、小型私营工厂合营组成的,机器设备包括自动化、半自动化、和手工操作;合营前生产任务不足,多数厂子处在赔本拖欠,个别厂甚至连职工的生活都无法维持;产量低,质量坏。合营后,本着勤俭办工厂,因陋就简的精神,全厂并成了三个工作部,集中管理,分散生产。佔全厂人数三分之一的私方人员,都按生产、管理、技术能力与工作需要做了适当的安排,其中担任厂长、股长、车间主任的私方人员一共有8个人。
Xi’an Hardware Manufacturing Factory was formed in 19 by a joint venture of 19 small and medium-sized private factories. The machinery and equipment included automated, semi-automated, and manual operations; the production tasks before the joint venture were insufficient, most factories were in arrears, and individual factories even employees. Life cannot be maintained; yield is low and quality is bad. After the joint venture, in the spirit of conciseness, the entire factory has become three working departments, centralized management, and decentralized production. The private staff, who account for one-third of the total number of employees in the factory, have made appropriate arrangements according to production, management, technical capabilities and work needs. Among them, there are 8 private employees who serve as directors, chiefs, and workshop directors.
