目的与方法:52例复发性星形细胞瘤进行了再手术并得到长期随访,手术死亡2例,有35例术后死于肿瘤再发,平均生存期11个月,目前仍存活15例,最短4个月,最长6年3个月,平均26个月。对复发瘤与相应的初发瘤进行了病理组织学比较研究。结果与结论:星形细胞瘤复发后,再手术是一种可选的主要治疗方法之一,再手术时,应合理选择病例,切除肿瘤要彻底。复发瘤的肿瘤细胞分化更差,肿瘤级别有升高趋势,其原因有待进一步研究。
PURPOSE AND METHODS: Fifty-two patients with recurrent astrocytoma underwent reoperation and long-term follow-up. Two patients died of surgery, 35 patients died of tumor recurrence after operation. The mean survival time was 11 months and 15 patients were still alive. The shortest 4 months, up to 6 years and 3 months, an average of 26 months. The recurrence of tumor and the corresponding initial tumor were histopathologically comparative study. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: After astrocytoma recurrence, reoperation is an optional primary treatment. When reoperation, the cases should be selected reasonably and the tumors should be removed completely. The recurrence of tumor cells differentiate worse, the tumor grade has an upward trend, the reason remains to be further studied.
