以 Seri82× Siete Cerros重组近交系为供试材料 ,对不同高温胁迫环境条件下小麦耐热性的表现以及小麦耐热性的评价方法进行了研究。结果表明 :分期播种能够给春小麦提供全生育期的高温胁迫环境 ;借助塑料大棚人工升温的办法可以模拟大田生产条件下籽粒灌浆期的高温胁迫环境。在这些不同的热胁迫环境中 ,供试材料的产量性状都受到严重影响 ,且在耐热性表现显著差异。产量性状和耐热性的相关分析表明 :正常环境条件下产量性状表现与耐热性之间不存在相关关系。不同热胁迫环境条件下 ,基因型之间产量性状的遗传表达亦存在显著差异 ,并与耐热性呈显著的负相关。可以认为采用热感指数和几何平均产量 2个指标鉴定和评价小麦品种的耐热性
The inbred lines of Seri82 × Siete Cerros were used as materials to study the heat tolerance of wheat under different high temperature stress and the evaluation methods of heat tolerance of wheat. The results showed that the sowing date could provide spring wheat with high temperature stress environment during the whole growing period. With the method of artificial warming in plastic greenhouse, the high temperature stress environment during grain filling stage in field was simulated. In these different heat stress environments, the yield traits of the tested materials were severely affected, and there were significant differences in heat tolerance. Correlation analysis of yield traits and heat tolerance showed that there was no correlation between yield traits and heat tolerance under normal environmental conditions. Under the conditions of different heat stress, the genetic expression of yield traits also showed significant differences and had a significant negative correlation with the heat tolerance. It can be considered using thermal index and geometric mean yield of two indicators to identify and evaluate the heat resistance of wheat varieties
