1临床案例男患者,52岁。双下肢无力伴右下肢麻木2~3年,逐渐加重图,近1一个月走路困难。查体:一般状况良好。右下肢肌力Ⅳ级,左下肢肌力Ⅳ+,脐以下腹中线右侧区痛觉、温触觉减退。左下肢感觉尚存在。双下肢腱反射亢进,病理反射未引出。临床诊断椎管内肿物。
A clinical case of male patients, 52 years old. Both lower limb weakness with the right lower limb numbness 2 to 3 years, and gradually increase the map, nearly 1 month walking difficulties. Physical examination: the general condition is good. Right lower extremity muscle strength Ⅳ, left lower extremity muscle strength Ⅳ, umbilical cord pain below the right side of the midline, warm touch diminished. Left leg feeling still exists. Double lower extremity tendon hyperreflexia, pathological reflex did not lead. Clinical diagnosis of spinal canal tumor.
