我厂生产的KY-250牙轮钻机系采用W-200_2~1挖掘机的履带行走装置,在矿山使用中,用户普遍反映履带和行走链条的张紧,用螺杆调整费力费时,很不方便。为此,我们作了设计上的改进,采用油缸张紧加调整垫的调整方法(见图),省力迅速,使用效果良好。在使用这套装置进行张紧时,先以手动油泵7加压,使油缸1顶出滑块4,将履带或行走链条张紧至合适程度后,插入一组调整垫3,再用螺栓2穿过调整垫并旋入滑块的螺孔
The KY-250 roller-drilling rig produced by our factory adopts the W-200_2~1 excavator crawler running device. During the use of the mine, the user generally reports the tension of the crawler and the traveling chain, and it is inconvenient to use a screw to adjust the time and effort.
