分析了混凝土砌块振动密实成型效果的影响因素,采用端面式混沌激振器,建立了混沌振动成型机的动力学模型,并进行了动力学分析,得出混沌振动成型机具有较宽的振动频率、较高的振动加速度、振幅和振动烈度,能增加被振混凝土混合物中各种物料与物料之间碰撞和拌合的机会,并降低模具与物料之间的摩擦,提高密实性和均匀性,同时,具有对所加工的砌块原材料适应面宽等优势,最后通过实例分析验证了其有效性。
