如今,国际上大中型工程项目的业主已广泛采用了一种新的管理模式—PMC(project management consultant)管理模式,现已经形成了一套完整的科学体系。近年来随着PMC这一先进的管理模式的引入,给我们带来了大型/一体化项目执行的经验和工作集成的经验。本文通过对PMC管理模式的研究,阐述了该管理模式的特点、工作内容、优势以及在国内运用应该注意的问题,对项目管理工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
Nowadays, owners of medium-sized and large-scale international projects have adopted a new management mode-PMC (project management consultant) management mode. Now they have formed a complete set of scientific systems. In recent years, with the introduction of the advanced management mode of PMC, it brings us experience of integrated / large-scale / integrated project implementation and work integration experience. Based on the research of PMC management mode, this paper expounds the characteristics, contents and advantages of this management mode as well as the problems that should be noticed in the domestic application. It is of some reference to project management.
