从微尺度的传质理论出发,引入松弛时间,建立了心肌细胞内钙火花非Fick扩散的新型动力学模型.数值模拟结果表明:用新型动力学模型得到的钙火花的时空尺度比用Fick扩散理论得到的要大,与实验结果更接近;心肌细胞内钙火花非Fick扩散的松弛时间约为0.1~0.8 ms.这对进一步认识心肌细胞内钙信号传导的微观机理具有指导意义.
Based on the microscale mass transfer theory, relaxation time was introduced to establish a new kinetic model of non-Fick diffusion of calcium sparks in myocardial cells.Numerical simulation results show that the spatiotemporal dimension of calcium sparks obtained by the new kinetic model is more diffusive than Fick diffusion The theoretical results are larger and closer to experimental results. The relaxation time of non-Fick diffusion of calcium sparks in cardiomyocytes is about 0.1-0.8 ms, which is instructive in further understanding the microscopic mechanism of calcium signaling in cardiomyocytes.
