混龄自编操如何引导孩子的合作方式?在早操中,为了鼓励孩子不断地创新,老师运用了哪些教育策略?早操是孩子在园一日活动中非常重要的环节,我园的自编操是适合混龄活动的。老师根据孩子的年龄特点,注重游戏化的组织形式和地方文化的传承,将科学发展的理念融入自编操中,对孩子异龄同伴交往进行充分的挖掘和利用。利用早操活动开展系列混龄互动,满足不同年龄段孩子的个性化发展,创造能力的发展,尤其是促进独生子女的社会性发展。
