福利国家社会保障发展有着悠久的历史,其制度运行也有深厚的经济理论和政治理论的支持。各学派对西方国家福利制度一直争论不休,反对声音认为福利国家的社会制度弊端重重,并对其未来持怀疑态度。但是,全民福利的社会保障发展仍有很多值得我们学习的地方,本文在最后对中国社会保障改革需要注意的方面给出了几点建议。 Welfare countries have a long history of social security development, and their systems are also supported by profound economic theories and political theories. Various schools have been debating the system of welfare in the West for a long time. Opposition voices think that the social system in the welfare state lacks seriousness and is skeptical of its future. However, there are still many places that we can learn from the development of social welfare for the welfare of the general public. This article gives some suggestions on the social security reform that needs attention in China.
