随着充填开采技术的进步,大采高充填支架作为充填开采的主要设备,应用范围越来越广。针对大采高充填支架的稳定性问题和现状,结合ZC12400/30/50充填支架的具体情况,建立了支架稳定性的力学模型,对保证充填支架稳定性的具体措施做了研究。提出可行性的研究结果,解决了“三下”压煤和厚煤层开采问题,对大采高充填支架的应用与推广具有指导意义。
With the improvement of filling technology, large mining high-filling bracket as the main equipment for filling and mining, the application of more and more widely. Aiming at the stability problem and current status of filling support with large mining height, the mechanical model of stability of supporting bracket is established according to the specific conditions of ZC12400 / 30/50 filling bracket, and the concrete measures to ensure the stability of filling bracket are studied. The feasibility of the research results are proposed to solve the “three under ” pressure coal and thick seam mining problems, the application and promotion of large mining height filling support is instructive.
