选择性选取3个典型湿热气候地区(琼海、三亚、广州)对聚苯乙烯(PS)进行户外自然老化试验,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜等手段对老化前后PS的分子结构和表面形貌进行分析,研究其在典型湿热气候下的老化行为。结果显示:PS在不同湿热气候地区的老化程度由大到小顺序为:广州>琼海>三亚;在户外老化过程中PS分子链的断裂导致表面裂纹不断加深和扩展。
Three natural humid and humid climate regions (Qionghai, Sanya and Guangzhou) were selected for outdoor natural aging test. The molecular structure of PS before and after aging was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy And surface morphology analysis to study its aging behavior in a typical hot and humid climate. The results show that the order of aging of PS in different humid and humid regions is as follows: Guangzhou> Qionghai> Sanya; the cracking of PS molecular chains leads to the deepening and expanding of surface cracks during outdoor aging.
